Peep Show

* Easter falls on the first Sunday following the first ecclesiastical full moon that occurs on or after the day of the vernal equinox;

* this particular ecclesiastical full moon is the 14th day of a tabular lunation (new moon); and

* the vernal equinox is fixed as March 21.

So... Easter can never occur before March 22 or later than April 25. This year Easter came so early St. Paddy's Day had to be moved up so Christians would'nt be partying during Holy Week. That won't be happening again in our lifetime...

True, Easter, like the rest of the "religious" festivities have gotten so commercial. But it is fun to have an excuse to send our grown kids Easter baskets. And an excuse to buy some of those horribly delicious marshmallow peeps and bite their cutesy little heads off.

Hope you had a good easter indain.

Sinann, Hope you had a Happy Easter and I'd like to add that the only thing Peeps are good for is microwave entertainment (as long as you have someone to cleanup the marshmellowymess).
