Dick Martin, co-host of Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In died last night at the age of 86. Laugh-In broke a lot of barriers when it first came on the air 40 years ago. FORTY YEARS! GEEEZ... I remember it was a real treat that my parents let us watch it, because it was so racy at that time.
Everyone who was anyone appeared on Laugh-In at one time or another. My favorite parts were the cocktail party and the closing jokes...

Here's an old Czech classic from the 70's about this monster Jozin who lives in the swamps somewhere in Moravia and eats only people from Prague - the city snobs. Although he doesn’t eat the locals they are tired of him. That is why the town mayor makes an offer to give away his daughter and a half or the “JZD” (the communist word for the town farm) to anyone who destroys this monster.
